National Park Service Christmas Ornaments

A few weeks ago, I thought it was interesting to learn that the National Park Service sponsors a variety of Christmas ornaments. I have no idea if they sell them or what, but the represent many of the well-known sites in the country and many that I never heard of. There were even some that were regarding a person or a historic event rather than a national park. Then, likewise, there were many that I thought would clearly have been represented that weren’t. I never was quite sure how they chose the object of their ornaments, but I thought some of them were very pretty and some were downright ugly.

Here is a short video showing some of the ornaments. Honestly, I chose those that I thought were the prettiest and omitted those that appeared to represent some political cause. Enjoy.
